Because of loyal clients like you, Kathleen’s employees were able to continue to feed their families and pay their bills throughout this difficult and challenging time.
We are profoundly grateful for the trust you have placed with our company and employees knowing the care we would take to maintain high-quality standards while protecting the health and safety of you and your family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Please know our staff will continue to wear masks and gloves until the COVID-19 crisis is behind us.
While many other cleaning companies in the greater Richmond area have closed their doors for good, because of clients like you, Kathleen’s Cleaning Service has remained open and will be able to continue to serve clients for many years to come. Therefore, if you have any friends, family, or neighbors who have lost their cleaning help and are looking for quality service, we have a terrific deal for you! From now until August 31, we are offering $50 off two cleanings for you and any new referrals. Your friend, family member, or neighbor will receive $50 off their first two cleanings making it a win-win for both of you! Simply email us your friend’s name and number, mention our special $50 off two cleanings promotion and we will contact your friend and schedule a free in-home estimate. Should they book a service with us, we will notify you and take $50 off your next two cleanings after their first cleaning is completed.
Kathleen’s has also been accepting donations throughout the COVID-19 crisis to provide cleanings for first responders. We still have a few spots open for these free services. If you know a first responder who could benefit from a free cleaning, please let us know. If you would like to make a donation to this fund, please contact our office at 804-729-7401.
We would also like to take the time to remind you of a few of our policies. While Kathleen’s does use color-coded microfiber cloths to reduce the chance of cross-contamination, clients are asked to provide a full roll of paper towels to be used in the bathrooms. Please set one full roll of paper towels in the kitchen for your tech on your cleaning day.
Please know any cancellations, rescheduling, or specific time requests must be made by email by 10:00 am the last business day prior to the scheduled appointment. We do charge a late cancellation fee of half the cost of the cleaning for all cancellations made after this time as we still have to pay our staff if someone cancels late. Please do not use messenger, our Facebook page, or the Housecall Pro app to communicate scheduling needs to us. Also, please do not wait until you are alerted of your time for your appointment and then request a time change, as any changes in time made after notifications are received will affect another valued client. We are happy to work with any time constraints as long as we are notified by 10:00 am the last business day prior to the scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding of this policy!
